Honorius Neogy is a full-stack developer, IT wizard, and the solo engineer behind ConvoAct — the productivity app built for brains that don't come with a factory-standard operating system.
By day, he keeps 2,000+ users and their devices running smoothly as an IT Support Specialist in K-12 education. By night (roughly 10pm to 3am, if we're being specific), he's writing Swift, wrangling APIs, and building an app that treats neurodivergent users like the capable humans they are — no shame, no judgment, just getting stuff done.
Honorius taught himself to code, taught himself Swift, rebuilt ConvoAct from React to native iOS while working full-time and attending night school, and somehow still finds time to compete in chess, belt out karaoke, and travel the world (nine countries and counting — Italy's the favorite, don't argue).
He's from Winchester, MA, speaks with the quiet confidence of someone who's debugged production code at 2am on a Tuesday, and drives a gold Tesla because subtlety is overrated.
ConvoAct started as a tool he built for a friend. Then people actually liked it. Then Kickstarter's Make100 program selected it (less than 1% acceptance rate). Now here we are.
